Have Questions About Our Home Remodeling Services?
Our FAQ Has The Answers

How much should I budget for my remodel?

The variables in a remodeling project are so numerous that it can be hard to set a budget for your project without first asking the right questions. Our project consultants are experts at getting to the heart of a project and give you a ballpark estimate after going over some of the details with you over the phone. Feel free to schedule your consultation today.

What does Design Build mean?

A design-build company has all the people necessary for designing and building your remodel Under One Roof. That means that they are responsible for every step of your project. You won’t have to worry about who to call at each new stage because your contact person will be the same person from start to finish. Every blueprint, board, and nail is under our control and our responsibility.

Do you have a showroom that I can visit?

We have a 2000 sq ft showroom right here in Greater Sarasota that you can visit without an appointment. If you want to speak to a consultant while you are there, you can arrange an appointment to meet through our contact form.

Our showroom is located at 4049 Clark Rd, Sarasota, FL 34233
(just three miles West of 1-75 on Clark Road ).

Showroom Hours
Monday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

What does Fixed Prices really mean?

Once we have completed the design and made product selections together, we will present you with a project cost. It will include every step, down to the last nail, and is the full cost of your project. We don’t believe in gotcha pricing or hidden costs. When we give you your final quote, that’s it. That’s what you will pay because, with us, the price is fixed.

The only caveat is if we run into something unforeseen like termite damage or hidden code violations that must be fixed to finish the project. Outside of that, your remodel cost won’t change after you sign.

Will my remodel be finished on time?

We have an excellent track record of finishing on time. We’ve been at this for a long time and know how to give an accurate timeline for every remodeling project. We also keep you informed every step of the way so that there are no surprises.

How bad will the mess be during the remodel?

Our craftsmen know to keep a tidy workspace throughout the day and to clean up completely before going home at night. If the existing flooring is staying, they lay down floor protection first thing and then erect plastic walls using “zip poles” in order to section off the work area from the rest of the home. And during the dusty phases, they use air scrubbers to exhaust the dirty air from the home. They understand that they may be on the job, but they are in your home.

How involved do I get to be in the design process?

It’s your dream and your concept. We’re just here to make it real. So, you are deeply involved in the design process. Each step of the design is a collaborative effort between yourself and our design experts. Once we are engaged in the design process we create the 3-D rendering of the proposed design and work with you to pick out the design’s details, such as fixtures and products. Every step of the way, we take our design cues from you, and you are the final decision maker.

Where do you get your designs?

Every remodel we do is a 100% custom one-off design. Each design is built around your individual needs and desires. We take the time to learn why you want the remodel, how you expect to use it, any mobility issues we need to consider, and even what you don’t like about what you have now. It’s no good to anyone if you have an amazing space that you can’t use.

What is Universal Design?

Universal design is a concept of designing spaces that anyone can use no matter their degree of mobility. Things like the turning radius in a hallway being suitable for a person in a wheelchair and outlets and switches that anyone can reach easily. Our specialty is incorporating designs that are friendly to those with mobility issues while retaining the original look and beauty of your home.

What is a Small Project?

Small projects are mini remodeling projects that fall between using a handyman and needing a full design team. Common projects are installing flooring, removing a non-load-bearing wall, or installing a new vanity. Things a talented handyman might be able to do but can benefit from the attention of a true remodeling professional.

Where can I find reviews on your company?
